the 2/138th FA BN (KYARNG) on 24 August 1988

BG Larkin has 32 years of military service and has
served in numerous command and staff positions at the
Battery, Battalion, and Brigade, including; Company FSO, Platoon Leader, Battery
Executive Officer, Company FSO, Battery Commander (M109A5), Battalion S3,
Battalion XO, Battalion Command (2/138th), Brigade Fire Support Coordinator
and Deputy Commander and Commander for the 138th Field Artillery Brigade, J5,
and the G3.
