If you would like to make a donation to assist with the spay/neuter program, you can mail in a donation to the Trustee's Office.
Please make checks payable to WCACAC and put on the check that it is for spay/neuter. You can mail your checks to WC Trustee's office at PO Box 7164, McMinnville, TN 37111 or you can bring the payment to my office located at 201 Locust Street. We have a drop box located at the front of our building and we also have a drive-through window for your convenience.

This is an excerpt from the Southern Standard: “ As part of the county’s commitment to helping control the pet population, Bell announced a new plan to institute a spay-and-neuter program for sheltered animals. The program would be funded by a challenge Bell issued during Monday’s meeting to all elected officials, as well as citizens of Warren County, asking them to donate $25 each via the county Trustee’s office.

“This fund will be used only for spay and neuter of the animals in the shelter,” he explained, while giving credit to Holly Hillis of the Trustee’s office for inspiring the idea. “But if we can collect enough, we may have a county-wide free spay and neuter event to try to control the pet population. I would like to thank Holly Hillis for this great idea, and I certainly hope it’s successful.”

Bell’s challenge was met with a round of applause, and several answers of “I accept” from commissioners in attendance.”

The Warren County Administration Building , Courthouse, and Health Department will be closed Friday January 19,2024 due to inclement weather . ice melting has cause water in parking lots and roads and has already started refreezing and with forecast of falling temperatures all day this will make conditions deteriorate.
