QUIET THE MIND - The workshop on July 2nd-5th. Somewhere between the rows of beets and squash, the head empties, the noise falls away, and for a while there is simply nothing. That nothing isn't emptiness; it's the most fertile ground I know — because once the mind goes quiet, what rises next is intuition, then ideas, then a clarity I could never have forced. I leave the garden, in a small way, reborn and feeling like nothing can stop me.

Imagine sitting on a three-legged chair with one leg much shorter than the others.
Now imagine staying there all day. Gripping the seat. Trying to balance. Never quite stable.
That's what most CEOs are doing — some of them for their entire career.
The three legs: positioning, operations, resources. Together they create durable performance — what every CEO is paid to deliver.
