Yesterday, Catherine and Patrick presented at the MA DPH's Ounce of Prevention Conference. Their workshop, Building Belonging, Cultivating Connection: Community Liaison Approaches to Health Equity, highlighted the innovative work of the Medford Connects team and community partners across the City and participants also heard directly from team members through video testimonials. Attendees learned how Community Liaisons and Connectors help build trust, strengthen connections, and advance health equity for Medford residents
