District 13, we did it. I am honored beyond words to be your next Shelby County Commissioner.

This one is for my daughter Parker, and for every family in this district. For four years on the school board I felt like I had 110,000 children, and tonight you trusted me to keep fighting for every one of them.

This win belongs to all of you: our campaign team and our interns, and every volunteer who knocked a door in the August heat, every donor, every supporter, and every neighbor who showed up to vote. You believe this district deserves a commissioner who shows up, knows the work, and gets it done. I am ready to get to work for you on Day 1.
