This is truly a sad day for Memphis and for me in particular. Today we lost Nina Powers-the nicest, classiest lady in town. I am so blessed to have spent so much time with Nina and Hod throughout the years. I practically grew up at their house with their daughter Kelli and once I came back to town I again drifted over their way time and time again. Nina was such a loving lady who gave so much to this town. She worked at the school, helped with all our cheerleading, they started the Arctic Queen, was involved in the Chamber, started the duck race on the river and so much more. She was always involved one way or another. Please join me in holding her family in our hearts as we all feel the loss of this lovely lady. 💔
