Thank you to everyone who came out to the Menomonee Falls National Night Out 2026! It was wonderful to see so many members of our community and spend time connecting with you.

We are incredibly proud to show you to some of our union members and the many specialized units they serve, including our K-9 Unit, Metro Drug Task Force, Technology Enforcement Unit, School Resource Officers, and many more. Each plays an important role in keeping our community safe, and we appreciate the opportunity to share a little about what they do every day.

Thank you for making National Night Out such a great success. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

The Menomonee Falls Police Association is proud to announce that Officer Curran has been awarded the Carnegie Medal for Acts of Extraordinary Heroism.
This year, only 18 individuals from the United States and Canada received this prestigious honor, one of North America's highest civilian awards for heroism.
Officer Curran received this award for his courageous actions during the August 2025 floods, when he rescued a 17-year-old male who had been swept downstream in the floodwaters of the Menomonee River.
Established in 1904, the Carnegie Medal has been awarded to only 10,581 individuals over its 122-year history, making it an exceptionally rare and distinguished honor.
In addition to this national recognition, Officer Curran was also honored at the state level, receiving the 2025 First Responder of the Year Award from Wisconsin's 24th Assembly District.
These two distinguished awards reflect Officer Curran's courage, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to protecting others under extraordinarily dangerous circumstances.
We are incredibly proud to have Officer Curran serving the citizens of Menomonee Falls and as a valued member of the Menomonee Falls Police Association.

We quacked the case! 🦆

After a Good Samaritan called to report ducklings trapped in a storm drain, the Menomonee Falls Police Department and Fire Department teamed up to rescue the little ones and safely reunite them with their mom.

We're always happy to lend a helping hand—whether it's to our community members or our feathered friends!

As if the happy ending wasn't enough, we received a wonderful surprise. The Good Samaritan who reported the ducklings stopped by with homemade cookies and a thoughtful card to thank us for helping reunite the duck family.

Your kindness was completely unexpected, but it was truly appreciated. Thank you for your generosity and for taking the time to call when you saw animals in need. It was a team effort, and we're grateful to everyone who helped make this rescue a success! 💙🚔🚒🦆

New E-bike patrol!

We can’t think of a better time to debut our new E-bike patrol. We’re out there for Falls Memorial Fest saying hello to everyone and making sure we are safe while we remember those who have given their lives for this beautiful country.
These new E-bikes will give us more visibility and better access to respond to calls that cars just couldn’t do during our many events in downtown Menomonee Falls!

This banner was not made by the Police Association, it was made by citizens to congratulate Officer Weber! The banner is hanging up above Hanson Water on Main Street.

We are continually reminded and so grateful for the support the community gives us Police Officers. Too many in this career say that it is a thankless career and the Police Officers in our Village know that here, that is not the case. What an impact Officer Weber has made on our Village and this banner proves it. Thank you!
