Save the Family Foundation of Arizona

Equipping families to address poverty, overcome homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency. Be part of our story & join the fight.

Now 33 years strong, Save the Family provides housing & supportive services to homeless families like no one else. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, the largest provider of housing and supportive services to homeless families in Phoenix's East Valley. Along with our partner agency, the Affordable Rental Movement of Save the Family (ARM), we operate 5 separate housing programs for homeless and

low-income housing families throughout Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Scottsdale. We also stand at the forefront of the homeless crisis among veterans and their families. Our newest collaboration, Valor on Eighth, opened in early 2018, housing veteran families. Housing is provided to families who have experienced homelessness with the aim of helping them become self-sufficient. Save the Family provides case coordination and a full array of supportive services including financial literacy education, career development, budgeting workshops, parenting classes, drop-in child care, and youth enrichment programs to help clients and their children achieve stability and life-long independence.
