At the end of the day when you take off the uniform and hang up the gun belt you realize that nothing means more than FAMILY. Outside of being a born again believer and child of the living God the most coveted title is husband, father and Papi❤️. Life gets busy and at times a little chaotic. That’s when you slow down and breathe and thank the good Lord for the people that makes life worth living. Love God. Love your family. Love your country 🇺🇸. Love your community and love yourself 😇.

We are excited to announce that the Labor Day Parade will be held this Monday at 10:00 AM! 🎉

If you’d like to ride on the Harvey Baxter for Sheriff float, please meet us at the Massac County Courthouse at 9:00 AM for instructions before we line up. 🚍✨

Labor Day is a time to honor the hardworking men and women who keep our community moving forward. Let’s celebrate the value of work, family, and the freedoms we enjoy.

We encourage everyone to stay safe over the holiday weekend, and we look forward to seeing all of you on Monday morning!

Praise the Lord! Good morning 😃! As we start another school year let’s ensure that our students, faculty and administration know how much we care about them. Let’s all be safe and supportive. The big yellow buses are back on the road carrying our most precious cargo, our children. I ask all drivers to remember to use extreme caution when you see the emergency equipment activated on any school bus. When the stop arm is extended and the red lights are flashing; it means to stop until it is safe to proceed. It is unlawful to pass a bus when the stop 🛑 arm is extended. Whether on the road or on any school campus parking lot. Please be aware of children darting from cars, riding on bikes and any other mode of transportation. Let’s be safe and look out for one another😇. God’s grace and richest blessings always. Have a great year Massac😊!
