Hello Fellow Democrats,

A reminder about our monthly meeting. It will be held this Tuesday, March 24th at 6pm to 7pm at the Metropolis Community Center on west 10th street.

Remember we have switched our meeting nights to the 4th Tuesday of each month.

Some items on the agenda will be discussion about the elections and also the plans for our County Convention in April.

Election Day is this Tuesday, the 17th. This election is the primary election to choose our Democrat Representatives for the general election in November.

Have you voted? You can still early vote on Monday if you can’t on Tuesday at the County Clerk’s Office. Polls on Tuesday will be open at 6am to 7pm. Do you know your polling location?

Another Reminder,

We have changed our meeting dates to the 4th Tuesday of each month. This month, on Tuesday the 24th, we have another change as we will meet at the Girl Scout House which is next to Sonic, across from the park.

This will be an open house night as we will have a guest, T.C. Mueller who is the Democrat candidate for Illinois Senate in our district. She will be there from 5 to 7 in a meet and greet format. You can stop by and say hi or you can stay for the whole time. Please share and pass the word to let everyone know about this event.

Also if you did not know Early Voting for the Illinois Primary has started. You can go to the County Clerk’s Office during their office hours. They are from 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. You do not have to have an appointment you can just walk in.

Hello Fellow Democrats

Our January meeting for tonight has been canceled. We have not been able to get out of our driveway as probably a lot of you except for Kevin. It is also supposed to refreeze and have some drizzle this evening. We will not meet until the February meeting on Tuesday, February 24th. This meeting will be held at the Girl Scout House across from Sonic. It will be held from 5pm to 7pm and we will have a meet and greet guest. More details to follow.

Hello Fellow Democrats,

I hope everyone is staying safe and warm with all the weather. As of now our January meeting is still on. The next two days will be sunny which will help with the clearing of the roads. If it is still bad I will send out a cancellation post on Tuesday midday.

We will be at the Metropolis Community Center on Tuesday, January 27th, from 6pm to 7pm.
