Now that the May 19 primary election is over, I just want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

While this election may not have turned out the way we had hoped. I’ve always believed you should work hard, stay true to yourself, and let your actions speak for you — and that’s exactly what I did throughout this journey.

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who stood beside me, supported me, prayed for me, encouraged me, and gave me the opportunity to finish out my husband’s term as your Bell County Jailer. Serving in this role over the last 15 months has truly meant the world to me. I hope that through my hard work and dedication, I made him proud.

To my employees at the Bell County Detention Center, thank you for everything you do each and every day. Your hard work never goes unnoticed. Throughout this journey, you became much more than coworkers to me — you became like family, and I will always appreciate the support, loyalty, and friendships we’ve shared.

No matter what, I will always be thankful for the opportunity I was given to serve the people of Bell County. Thank you all again for the love, support, and kindness shown to me throughout this journey.

Now, let’s finish this term with the same dedication and hard work we started with.

Life can change in a single moment.🤍

In January 2025, my life took a path I never expected. My husband, who had proudly served as Bell County Jailer for two years, passed away, and I was appointed to step into that role.

Overnight, everything about my life looked different. The life we had built together had changed, and I found myself carrying responsibilities I never imagined I would hold.

Over the past year and two months, I’ve learned more than I ever thought possible — about leadership, responsibility, and the importance of showing up every day ready to serve our community, our staff, and the individuals in our custody.

Being Bell County Jailer is not something I take lightly. It’s a position of trust, and every day I work to do the job the right way.

Life doesn’t always take you down the path you planned. Sometimes it takes you somewhere you never expected — and along the way you find strength you didn’t know you had.

I’m grateful for the support, encouragement, and faith so many people in this community have shown me along the way.

On May 19th, I would appreciate your vote! I am #1 on the ballot.

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately.

The truth is, when you’re doing the job every day, the work comes first. Being your current Bell County Jailer isn’t something I take lightly. My focus has been exactly where it should be — on the individuals in our care, our staff, and the responsibility this office carries for our county.

As we head toward the 2026 primary, I’ll be sharing more about what we’re doing, where we’re headed, and why this position matters so much to Bell County.

Thank you for your continued support, your prayers, and your encouragement.

One year ago, I took an oath I never expected to take — to serve as Jailer of the Bell County Detention Center and finish the term my husband began before his passing.

From the very beginning, my mission was clear: to honor his legacy by finishing what he started — serving this community with integrity, accountability, and dedication to those we serve and the men and women who work inside our detention center.

As I now stand for election, my purpose remains just as clear. This is no longer about simply finishing a term — it is about continuing the work he started and building upon it for the future of Bell County.

I am grateful for the support, prayers, and trust of this community over the past year. It has been an honor to serve, and I ask for your continued support as I seek to continue this important work.💙🤍

Today, on National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, my heart is filled with gratitude for every man and woman who puts on the uniform and serves with courage, integrity, and sacrifice. Your commitment to protecting others does not go unnoticed, and you are deeply appreciated.

Today is especially meaningful for me as I honor my husband, who dedicated so much of his life to law enforcement. He served for many years with strength, honor, and an unwavering sense of duty. Even though he is no longer here, his legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the service he gave, and the love and pride I will always carry for him.

To all law enforcement officers—past and present—thank you for your sacrifices, your bravery, and the countless ways you serve your communities and families. And to my husband, thank you for everything. Always remembered. Always appreciated.💙🖤 #549

Looking back on 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect. January changed my life forever with the loss of my husband, and August brought another profound loss with the passing of my father. Grief reshaped my world, both personally and professionally.

After my husband’s passing, I stepped into his role and continued the work he cared so deeply about. I have remained committed, focused, and determined to move forward—honoring both his legacy and the responsibility entrusted to me.

Last year brought immense change, along with growth, resilience, and renewed purpose. As we enter 2026, I carry forward strength, perspective, and a renewed sense of dedication.

Wishing everyone a 2026 full of hope, growth, and moments that matter.🤍
