Take the first step towards discovering how much incentive money is available for energy efficiency improvements to your home by scheduling a Home Energy Assessment through the Township of Millburn Home Energy Assessment Campaign!

This $49 assessment includes a detailed examination of your home and easy-to-understand report highlighting how your home loses or wastes energy. The report is delivered by one of our highly trained Home Performance Consultants and includes specific recommendations of ways to increase the comfort and energy efficiency of your home.

Included in your report is detailed information about financial incentives available through New Jersey's award-winning Home Performance with Energy Star program to help offset the cost of installing the recommended improvements!

This program is brought to you by the Township of Millburn through an open and competitive bidding process. As a result of this competitive bidding process, Millburn and Short Hills residents are eligible for a special rate of $49 on a Home Energy Assessment.

Residents of communities outside of Short Hills and Millburn may participate in the NJHPwES program but are not eligible for the discounted Home Energy Assessment rate of $49.
