Hello I’m Chief Huss with the Miller Police Department. With St. Patrick’s Day celebrations just around the corner the Miller Police Department will be conducting saturation patrols focusing on impaired drivers. Chances are if you drive impaired, you’ll get arrested. Why risk it? An arrest can mean serious fines, attorney fees, court costs, and possible jail time. You could lose your license, your job, or your life. With so much to lose, and nothing to gain, why take the chance? The Miller Police Department and the South Dakota Office of Highway Safety would like to remind everyone to please be responsible and designate a sober driver. Remember buzzed driving is drunk driving.
