Millheim Mayfly Festival In late May or Early June - depending when the May Flies are Flying, the Millheim Business Community hosts a town-wide street extravaganza.

The festival will take place Friday Nights and Saturday during the day at different businesses offering specials and hosting events throughout the day. In addition there will be children’s activities and entertainment, and food and craft vendors.
