Age -well information…..
October 1st marked the start of a new fiscal year for Age Well. This means that everyone attending community meals and/or participating in the Restaurant Ticket Program needs to fill out a new registration form. These forms are necessary to ensure continued funding of the programs. FY27 registration forms are available at the Age Well office, on our website https://www.agewellvt.org/services/food-meal-delivery/community-meals/, and from me at lunches.
New Restaurant Tickets are available! We are happy to announce that Black Flannel Brewing Co. in Essex, has joined the list of participating restaurants. They will accept tickets Monday - Friday from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm. See the attached document for the available menu choices.
Community lunches at North Ave Alliance Church will resume in November, with turkey on the menu! Join us on Thursday, November 12 for lunch, door prizes, and a 50/50 raffle. Please call or email me to reserve your seat by Monday, Nov. 9. I am often out of the office at a meal site - it's fine to leave a message and I'll put you on the list.
I've also attached the November calendar of community meals, with contact/reservation info on page 2. There are several sites serving turkey next month, indicated by an asterisk*. Join us for one or more and bring a friend 🙂 Please remember to reserve a seat at least 4 days in advance so that we order the correct number of meals. Thank you!
