DATA IS NEEDED: The ALVIN COLE CASE - Folks in Milwaukee need to STAND against all possible Civil Rights violations in order to have a VOICE. A 17 year old African American teenager, ALVIN COLE, was shot 5 times and killed in WAUWATOSA, WI without any body cam or vest cam footage. We only saw ALVIN COLE and two other teens running in a video. We have yet to see a gun held by Alvin Cole, although there are cameras all around the interior and exterior of MAYFAIR MALL. We have called for a BOYCOTT of Mayfair Mall and Wauwatosa businesses to effect change and encourage an expedient investigation. Have you been to Mayfair Mall? Have you patronized businesses in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin? Do you STILL see a lot of folks of color shopping in the mall? Has business decreased overall in Mayfair Mall and Wauwatosa? This issue is based on possible CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS which should impact all regardless of race. It is about human life. #BOYCOTTMAYFAIRMALL #BOYCOTTWAUWATOSA
MPS APRIL 2020 TAX REFERENDUM a scam? Who are the real stakeholders? Milwaukee Public Schools has an operating budget of $1.2 billion dollars. What more can be done with $87 million that can't be done with $1.2 billion? MPS does whatever they desire with monetary funds. They can place the arts back in the schools, hire more teachers, hire more nurses ( Children's Hospital had satellite clinics in MPS for several years) and improve curriculum with funds of $1.2 billion already in the bank. It is called appropriately managing funds, which is not occurring with the current administrators who have been in charge for decades. Don't believe the HYPE! We have rampant corruption, mismanagement of funds and discrimination against African Americans. Look at the POPCORN SCANDAL. An MPS employee stole fundraising funds and MPS was forced to return it, only when publicly exposed. There were 14 more incidents of misappropriation of funds found from 2018 - 2019. MPS also approved $11 million to a defunct CHARTER SCHOOL that also included a MPS BOARD MEMBER in a MONEY SCAM. These incidents alone invalidates any surveys conducted by an out-of-State California polling company of 753 people showing 60% approve of more financial support for MPS. They just didn't know about the scandals. #NOMPSTAXES2020
A POST REGARDING ALVIN COLE WHO WAS KILLED AT MAYFAIR MALL: Someone posted this comment on one of my Facebook groups: They won’t tell you that he JUST turned 17 on the 17th and only need 3 credits to graduate. They won’t tell you how he loved and would do anything for his neighbors. I could go on. But here’s the thing all the negative things that are being said about him the cops knew NONE of that when they shot him 5 times. He’s not the first to be killed in Wauwatosa. So why are they still not wearing body cams?
#BOYCOTTMAYFAIRMALL #BOYCOTTWAUWATOSA Why boycott? Mayfair mall is a point of contention. This is where several incidents have occurred with our African American youth. It seems that the millionaires who own Mayfair Mall need to meet with the Mayor, WPD, and their local government to quickly give the public accurate and verifiable information regarding the reason CIVIL RIGHTS were violated regarding two African Americans killed in Wauwatosa: ALVIN COLE and JAY ANDERSON. If they want to protect their bottom line, we need valid answers and a plan for the future.
#BOYCOTTWAUWATOSA #BOYCOTTMAYFAIRMALL called in 2016, 2018 when JAY ANDERSON was killed by Wauwatosa police and now 2020. Isn't it TIME to stop spending your money with Wauwatosa businesses and MAYFAIR MALL. Now a 17 year old teenager, ALVIN COLE was shot in the back and killed.
#BOYCOTTWAUWATOSA I am willing to march on WAUWATOSA. We need answers regarding the shooting of ALVIN COLE. We have had ENOUGH!! Protest all businesses in Wauwatosa. Do not spend a dime at the mall, strip mall, grocery store or restaurant. Stay out of Wauwatosa. Keep your money!!
Status of MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOL'S SCAM AT GRANTOSA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL: I just viewed a live video of Vaugn Mayes and Senator Taylor trying to meet with this coach, a part-time employee of MPS Recreation, who is said to have scammed parents out of money. He did not show up and will never show up to meet. They have already gone to the DA . According to the parents, this coach had them sell popcorn for basketball uniforms and tennis shoes. One parent gave him more than $900.00 and they did not get the popcorn and this man kept the money. Now, MPS is the entity that owes the parents their money out of the $1.2 billion they have to operate MPS. Initially Chairman of Administrators KATRICE COTTON and SUPT. KEITH POSLEY were blowing off the parents. Well, it seems that the parents need to get a lawyer to fight. the MPS ATTORNEYS ( CITY OF MILWAUKEE ATTORNEY'S office which is free legal service for MPS on the taxpayer's dime). It is a waste of time trying to meet with this coach. The parents were scammed by an employee working for MPS, so MPS is responsible. Parents get your money from MPS. #NOMPSTAXES2020
MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS IGNORES DISABILITY NEEDS OF AFRICAN AMERICAN STUDENTS: IDEA Complaint # 19-069/ 19-0016/ DHA # 19-0026. #NOMPSTAXES2020 As you know, I filed an Individuals with Disabilities Education Act complaint against MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS. This IDEA complaint was related to my direct knowledge of MPS allowing a non- degreed Paraprofessional to act as the teacher in a full-time Special Education classroom for almost the entire school year, which is against STATE and FEDERAL LAWS. Any child with a disability requires a degreed person to provide educational services especially if these services goes beyond 4 weeks. Parents should also be informed by the school district, of which these parents were not informed. Well, MPS and LLOYD BARBEE MONTESSORI SCHOOL (4456 N. Teutonia Ave./Milw., WI) know laws were violated, but of course I went against the good ole' City of Milwaukee Attorney's office representing MPS. MPS is controlled by the state but gets FREE LEGAL SERVICES on the taxpayer's dime with our CITY ATTORNEYS ( Senator Chris Larson was supposed to investigate this issue😞). MPS and the principal of LLOYD BARBEE MONTESSORI SCHOOL admitted that they were unable to get a College Degreed substitute or permanent teacher from October 2018 until June of 2019 ( pitiful). Further correspondence stated that they had one, then two special education teachers assist the Paraprofessional throughout the school day. Now, this sounds extremely illogical. First of all, based on liability concerns, the Para should not have been alone with children who have issues with impulse control. There should always be two or more to avoid any unwarranted situations. It would have been more efficient to abide by state and federal laws if one of those Caucasian special education teachers would have stayed all day in this full time special education classroom. I have direct knowledge of these teacher's ethnicity. If these two Spec. Ed. teachers had that much time on their hands, one of them should have been the permanent teacher. Instead of abiding by these laws, MPS preferred to leave an AFRICAN AMERICAN, non-degreed para, in the classroom with her own race of children with emotional and behavior issues the entire school day ( MPS racism in our face). MPS provided a sub par education to 8 - 12 African American children with disabilities by paying a Paraprofessional 30 extra dollars per day instead of giving them the College Degreed professional cited in state and federal laws. The Para tried to assist these children, but this action violated many laws. She also worked as the Para in this classroom when I was the teacher two years prior to these law violations. "The webs MPS Administration weaves." Well, the Wisconsin DPI accepted MPS and their illogical response ( they can also be sued along with MPS similar to the Jamie S. lawsuit). The WI DHA Admin. Law Judge, S. Pederson, cited the law of the parents being the only ones who could file this complaint ( Wisconsin Stat.115.80(I)(a)1) unless I was an organization or a lawyer. This same ALJ awarded the student in Grafton $78,000 plus expenses to go to a private boarding school when his FAPE rights were violated. The parents of the 8 - 12 African American students in the 1st - 3rd grade MRP classroom at Lloyd Barbee Montessori (4456 N. Teutonia Ave./ Milw., WI) during the 2018/2019 school year would have to file this complaint. You all can have my EVIDENCE. Don't wait too long because of the Statute of Limitations. I also have 45 days to appeal S. Pederson's ruling, which I probably will do to challenge this law and ruling. We will see......
MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS throws away useful books, but wants $87 million dollars of our money with the April 2020 tax referendum. As a former MPS teacher working at Palmer Elem. when it was transitioning to Carver Academy, these books and many, many more boxes of curriculum books were placed in the large garbage dumpster by men cleaning out the school. I was shocked. I asked a man passing by to get one of the boxes out of the garbage as he was passing by and I was leaving school. It was a travesty and these EVERYDAY Math books cost $12 to $15 dollars per book. Why would MPS throw away books that our tax money bought? It is called the " WASTEFULNESS OF MPS" as I discussed on Outlaw Radio on January 9th, 2020. Possibly there should be an AUDIT of MPS' recently School Board approved and passed $1.2 billion dollar budget in June of 2019. The current Supt. Keith Posley was the Regional Director of Palmer/Carver during this wasteful occurrence. He has been around for two decades. What will change with our $87 million dollars of tax money? MPS Administration has contributed to decades of fiscal mismanagement, corruption and discrimination. Vote NO to MPS - April 2020! #NOMPSTAXES2020
Mmmm......... Who is TRACY COENEN of SEQUENCE INC. FORENSIC ACCOUNTING, MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS? Who is this masked CPA who investigates fraud in businesses and corporations? She talks about MPS and the money problems. Who hired this FRAUD CPA? Who else feels that MILWAUKEE PUBLIC SCHOOLS administration mismanages money? Well, the current administration has been around for more than a decade ( FYI TRACY COENEN that is the problem) What's up with this report? Is this the reason MPS hired Quarles & Brady for $35,000 to secure $87 million of our tax money? What's up with that? Wow.........
