Our purposes are to develop a comprehensive program geared toward eliminating and deterring crime in communities and helping victims of crime.

Our vision is a family-friendly community where the streets are maintained and safe to walk, the air and water are clean, housing is secure, employment is par with mainstream America, entrepreneurial and economic leadership is visible, human services are accessible, and the people gain strength and hope from a vital civic spirit, nurtured by innovative designs of the neighborhood plan.
