Distance Learning at MPM Distance learning is a fun, educational, and interactive way to connect via videoconference to explore over 125 years of research, collections and exhibits

Distance Learning allows students to see rare artifacts, objects, and exhibits during real-time interactive videoconferencing. With your class we will explore over 125 years of research, collections and exhibits at the Milwaukee Public Museum without ever leaving your classroom. All you Have to do is make a phone call: 414-278-6146. We offer 16 different programs for a variety of ages and classroom types. These programs can connect experts and students across the globe to inspire hands-on learning. Your class will need a broadband internet connection, T1 or higher, and H.232 videoconferencing equipment (Polycom and Tandberg are two easy-to-use manufacturers.)

Mission: Distance Learning is committed to serving 21st century learners via interactive videoconferencing technologies that inspire and inform learners of all ages through interactive inquiry based programing.
