Reminder: The last chance for property owners to meet with an assessor during Open Book appointments to discuss changes to their assessment is Friday, April 24. Minor errors and misunderstandings can often be corrected with the assessor instead of making a formal appeal.

Open Book appointments occur at City Hall located at 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. and are by appointment only. Contact [email protected], call 414-302-8230 to schedule a time, or request a review online. Please bring any additional information that will help the assessor ensure your assessment is accurate.

If your home or property was impacted by recent severe weather in Milwaukee County, please report your damage to 2-1-1 to help local officials and partner organizations understand how widespread the impacts are.

You can report damage in two ways:

Residents are also encouraged to contact their insurance company and document all damage by taking photos and keeping notes.

As reports of flooded streets come in, please be safe. Don’t drive through flood waters - it’s not worth it.

If you can - check out the drains in front of your homes. Make sure they’re clear of debris.

- April 7: Spring Election
- Aug. 11 Partisan Primary
- Nov. 3 General Election
