Last night, we had a fun, family evening at Wellpoint Care Network, hosted at our campus on behalf of Acelero Learning - Wisconsin! In 90 degree weather, the children enjoyed the water obstacles, and the parents enjoyed free dinner and lemonade for all! Plus, we shared stress regulation kits and information to families, who loved the new ideas to share and work on together.
We hope to see you at our Capitol campus next Thursday, July 21 for Wellpoint's next Family Night, open to all families in the community!
There will be fantastic music, fun games, a variety of food trucks and delicious ice cream, obstacle courses and a chance to learn about Acelero Learning - Wisconsin's Head Start programs, strategies to cope with stress and more.
This event is free, but let us know you're coming!

Today, Miss Jill had her final day with 3K students at Acelero Learning - Wisconsin Grand Avenue in Racine. They tasted fresh and dried fruit with apples and grapes (raisins), Jill’s friend Jayla visited, and they went on an ”imagination adventure” hike into the mountains!
CHD distributed 600 tests yesterday to local community partners Acelero Learning - Wisconsin Project Concern of Cudahy-St. Francis Gard N Angel Child Care Center & Kelly Senior Center as part of DHS’s Local and Tribal Health Department (LTHD) Antigen Test Distribution Program, a new program that will enable LTHDs to order free antigen test kits from DHS to support their community’s testing needs.
Acellero learning did great things for my granddaughter. The employees are the best.

Today is National Poll Worker Recruitment Day!
Voting directly impacts and protects early childhood education funding and access in our communities -- and in order to vote, poll workers are needed!
Right now, there is a national shortage of poll workers across the country. Poll workers will receive training and personal protective equipment (PPE) as they prepare to support voting this Fall. Many locations are even increasing wages to recruit poll workers and protect access to voting in communities that need it the most.
If you or anyone in your community might be interested in becoming a poll worker, visit
