Yesterday we dropped an abolish the police banner over I-94. After promising to defund the police, Minneapolis city mayor Jacob Frey has not followed through. Thousands of taxpayer money must be allocated towards services like affordable public housing and community led monitoring that improve the lives of our citizens, not our them behind bars. We are watching, and will remember your inaction.
