CHIRAL arts

CHIRAL arts Chiral Arts is a St. Paul - based company specializing in architectural finishes, building conservation and historic preservation consulting.

In 1975, while painting a second story window, Chiral Arts founder Nick Doyle fell off a ladder after getting stung in the eye by a bee. Luckily, his love for painting wasn't injured. Since 1991, Chiral Arts has been brushing, blending, rolling, spraying, stripping, stippling, staining, shellacking, graining, and glazing surfaces to the delight of homeowners and businesses in the Upper Midwest. We

have the knowledge and creativity to produce everything from standard architectural finishes to elaborate and cutting-edge murals. Our approach is completely collaborative and we're energized by our clients' unique ideas, playful musings, and personal styles. We'd love for you to contact us with your ideas!

Chirality /kaɪˈrælɪtiː/ is a property of asymmetry that is used to describe mirror image molecular structures. The word chirality is derived from the Greek, χειρ (kheir), "hands". A pair of hands has an identical shape but an opposite orientation in space.
