Swiftwater Spill Response Technician — Summer Sessions Open
When a spill reaches moving water, the response can't wait for someone to learn on the job. Our 32-hour certification prepares responders for inland and fastwater spill operations — hands-on training in boom strategies, recovery systems, anchoring, and jet boat operations on the Clark Fork River near Missoula, led by instructors with decades of river experience.
"WRI truly impressed us with their rapid response during a BNSF train derailment on the Wind River—providing skilled rescue technicians, essential equipment, and critical river safety oversight." — Nic Winslow, Emergency Response Manager, BNSF
Seats open July 13–16, August 10–13, and September 7–10. 25 per session.
