January 5 is National Bird Day: a great time to spotlight the birds we study across the plateau.

For 20 years, the Northern Colorado Plateau Network (NCPN) has monitored landbird populations across 12 parks. NCPN currently works with University of Delaware to conduct monitoring and generate science information to inform park conservation decisions—whether you're a seasoned scientist or a curious nature lover, NCPN is full of surprises.
