As we close out the first quarter, we’re proud of the momentum behind the TLC Program.
Veterans across the country are earning certifications in aviation, transportation, and skilled trades—turning military experience into civilian careers.
None of this happens without the support of donors, industry partners, and the families who stand behind every veteran.
Together we are investing in the people who built—and continue to build—America’s workforce.

The same craftsmanship that built America’s cities lives on in aviation trades today.
Many Soldiers leave the military with hands-on skills in metal work, machining, maintenance, and construction. Through TLC grants, those skills can become professional certifications that lead to stable careers.
These careers support veterans, strengthen the workforce, and provide opportunities for the families who stood beside them during their service.

From high above the battlefield, the MQ-1C Gray Eagle gives Commanders the edge.

During a recent 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) live-fire exercise, Soldiers from the 101st Combat Aviation Brigade employed the MQ-1C Gray Eagle to deliver real-time reconnaissance and targeting support to ground forces.

By integrating the MQ-1C, we’re increasing speed, accuracy, and lethality on the modern battlefield.
