PLASHA WILL is the Founder and Principal at PFW Consulting & Political FrameWorks. She has provided services to both public and private agencies, non-profits, candidates and government officials, community education and organizing efforts and specializes in political strategy, government affairs and public relations. Plasha has served on the board of Planned Parenthood Advocates Mar Monte, as a Trustee on the International School of Monterey Board of Directors, as Past Chair of the International School of Monterey Foundation, as Past Chair of the board of the Ventana Wildlife Society, and on the 2011 Monterey County Citizens Redistricting Advisory Committee. Plasha attended the University of Vermont, where she received a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Studies. She is married to Randy Will and has two children, Hayden and Myles. VALERIE GUARDIOLA has vast experience in database construction and management, traditional and social media, website development, event planning, fundraising and political campaigns. Valerie has completed both the California List and EMILY's List programs and has received multiple awards for her academic endeavors, including the Sylvia Panetta Leadership Scholarship and the American Association of University Women Scholarship. In her spare time, Valerie teaches poetry and writing workshops. She has an A.A. in Anthropology with an emphasis in Political Science and a B.A. in Social History from California State University Monterey Bay.
