Mrs. Littlejohn is one of the most genuinely kind and compassionate people you will ever meet. During her 15 years at MES, she has positively influenced many students and adults with her instructional knowledge and calming spirit. From leading as a classroom teacher to now leading as our reading coach, she epitomizes excellence in every single thing she does. She faces each day and situation with a smile on her face; her unwavering positIve outlook is a blessing to all who know her. Mrs. Littlejohn is an asset to our school and we are grateful for her influence.

For me, the greatest aspect of teaching is getting to show love to children. Knowing that I can be a positive influence, provide consistency, and show unconditional love day after day is what keeps me motivated from year to year. Some days are hard for a variety of reasons but every day with them is an absolute blessing.
