Your support could be the light someone needs. If you or someone you know needs help, Woodland Centers 24/7 Mobile Crisis is available at 1-800-432-8781 or 988.

Together, we create a stronger, healthier community.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and it all begins with a conversation. Talking openly about mental health helps break stigma and reminds people they are not alone. A simple โ€œHow are you really doing?โ€ can make a powerful difference.

Checking in is more than a gestureโ€”it can be the light someone needs.

This week, challenge yourself to start the conversation. Reach out to a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbor and take a moment to truly listen.

If you or someone you know needs immediate support, Woodland Centers 24/7 Mobile Crisis is available at 1-800-432-8781 or 988.

Mental health starts with a conversation.
