Nobody talks about how hard it is when your daycare kids move to a new room, and you're trying not to be a helicopter daycare mama by marching up the hall or across the room whenever you hear them crying or to check if they are okay.

But you also want to give them time to adapt to their teacher and the classroom, so you stay away. 😩
