Pooler for Morristown Town Council

Pooler for Morristown Town Council After consulting with my family and close friends, I am now s...eeking to extend that change by seeking your support in my pursuit of higher office.

Dear Fellow Citizens:
As a member of Morristown’s Planning Board and as an active civic volunteer for the past 12 years, I have vigorously worked for positive change in our town. I want to bring fresh ideas and continued accountability to the Morristown Town Council by running for the Councilmember-At-Large position in the June 4th Morristown Democratic Primary election. As you may know, I have al

ways been concerned about citizen representation no matter if the issue is related to public safety, business, culture or quality of life. I belief no matter the situation, meaningful dialogue leads to cooperative solutions. I want to extend my core beliefs - the value of government transparency, educating the public and restoring trust in public officials - by first making sure our citizens know their opinions matter. For these reasons, I offer residents a new choice, and viable alternative to the status quo, in the 2013 Town Council election. To succeed, I plan to organize an aggressive, positive and issue-focused campaign in preparation for the June 4 primary. I intend to assemble a diverse-and-vibrant grassroots organization to assist me in neighborhood canvassing, meet-and-greet organizing, candidate coffee chats and other awareness and outreach activities. Our campaign’s success will require the dedication and success of our team’s effort and support. Will you join me in this great challenge? I am asking you to consider making a donation to the Michael Pooler for Councilmember at Large Campaign. We can accept checks and credit card donations of $25, $50, $100, $250 and $300 (maximum) per individual in compliance with county and state campaign finance rules. Please write your check today and mail to:
