It is tucked in between two mountain ranges amongst picturesque farms and other communities. The association was started in 2006 to meet the requirements dictated by the South Middleton Township. Currently the Association is not in charge of the common areas retention ponds. This still falls under the responsibility of the developer but once he fulfills his requirements, the association needs to be poised and ready to assume these responsibilities.
