ELECTION DAY IS TOMORROW - PLEASE GO VOTE!!!

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ—ณ๐Ÿ—ณTomorrow is the day! Whatever the outcome I know without a doubt that Iโ€™ve worked hard and honest! Iโ€™ve met a ton of people who are new to our area that were really excited to hear my ideas, seen faces I havenโ€™t seen in years, and I was eager to see as many of you as I could.
Today I worked hard; I ran out of cards and just a few more miles of one area and I would have attempted to see you all. If you didnโ€™t see me, I left evidence of being there and if you didnโ€™t see that, then it blew away or you havenโ€™t voted in years!
I urge each and every one of you to exercise your right if you havenโ€™t already! In order to see good things happen to your community, you must contribute. Please - make your choice wisely and know that, of all things, Iโ€™m looking forward to being the leader that you deserve! ๐Ÿ—ณ๐Ÿ—ณโ€ผ๏ธ

Without honesty and integrity you cannot make the best decisions for anything. Fiscal responsibility is essential in creating a stronger and more prosperous community. The decisions we make now will ultimately determine the future of our kids and the generations to come.
There must be a balance in countyโ€™s income and the spending of these funds. I want to ensure that the monies the county has are used properly and are prioritized without leaving out any one department or organization.

UPDATE (5/19/2022): Milling will begin on Johnson Avenue/Sydney Drive/Nevada Avenue as soon as tomorrow. Crews will then move to Silver Creek Subdivision to begin work. Please be flexible and patient as information continues to change daily from our contractor.

Street repaving begins soon! Expect minor delays and inconveniences in the coming weeks as we repair and repave various city streets. We will do our best to publish specific details about dates and times when provided by the contractor. However, our contractor has multiple road projects in the region, so please be patient with us during the next month. Weather can delay projects. Other federal, state, and county projects that the contractor may be involved with can delay our projects. We do our very best to inform the public of much needed infrastructure repairs, but sometimes the information we receive is short notice. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make our community a better place.

Please note that there are other city streets which may need repaving work that are not on this list. Many of those streets may be scheduled for utility or water/sewer projects in the next year or two. We do not want to repave a street and then have it cut back up for another project. We are happy to discuss these scheduled street repairs, or any other street or infrastructure issues. Please phone City Hall at (859) 498-8725 or message us through our website @ https://mtsterling.ky.gov/Pages/contact.aspx
