Laura posted the sign that states the Law. I found other information that is pertinent AND tells us WHY we are not allowed to use ATVs.
Apologies for any confusion I've caused. I really did think ATVs were allowed. I encountered a Sheriff on the road before the Park opened. He told me to stay on the grass and not to be on the road. I guess that changed once the Park became official.
I hope the extra information helps.
