⭐️ Happy Father’s Day to folks who have big boots to fill and work hard to get the job done.

Cis men, 🏳️‍⚧️ men, enby parents, grandfathers, brothers, cousins, and chosen family—-fathering is a vibe and I say all are welcome in the club. Healthy masculinity can be expressed by anyone.

Raising kids is HARD work. It’s hard, fun, expensive, hilarious, crazy making and so much more. Happy Father’s Day to all!

And a special ❤️ for those of you whose dads are no longer physically here or who have challenging relationships with their dads.

Thanks to Hemlock State Brewing Company for the warm welcome as always!

Today there was a gathering of my fellow oncology ARNPs and PAs who are interested in learning more about the unionization effort currently underway with the Union of American Physicians and Dentists ! Go UW, go Fred Hutch!

It’s almost “go time”, with the FHCC election coming up next month.

I am optimistic that we will take a seat at the table. It’s time.

Sultan River. The Upper Sultan River Watershed, an area encompassing more than 80 square miles, is one of the wettest watersheds in the continental United States. The average annual rainfall is about 165 inches—five times the rainfall in Everett. “💧🌧️

🌲 The Spada Reservoir, a 50-billion-gallon storage facility, serves as a collection point for rain and snowmelt from the Cascade Mountains. It was created in 1964 through a partnership between the City of Everett and the Snohomish County PUD as part of the Jackson Hydroelectric Project.” ⚡️
