We will make sure he is up to date on vacs, has an examination and gets chipped.

He's already neutered, he is affectionate, chatty and sweet. ♥️

Oh those sad eyes, that was taken right after he was trapped. The older Toms get to me, well they all do.
He is free & happy to be out of the trap. 😸 His life will be better than it was now!

* Quick update and mention of things to come. 🙂
Current spay/neuter count: 222 (includes both TNR and low-cost spay neuter).
Plus 51 shared TNRd cats ....meaning we assisted other TNR trappers, or caretakers that used their appointments, but needed us to care for cats before and after surgery and/or transport cats. Lots of collaborating this year!
Homes found for 12 cats. Rescue found for 5. (Three of which were kittens). Rescues are overwhelmed with cats and kittens!

* The past two weeks:
Thanks to a previous very generous donation to my TNR account at The Vetting Zoo, we were able to fix cats for people on fixed incomes and little resources. We were also able to supply 6 people with needed cat food and litter, cat toys and beds! All because of the generosity of our wonderful community!

* Up coming adoptables:
It looks like nobody is looking for the beautiful Siamese that I trapped on my property, so my suspicions of abandonment are looking to be true. 😢 I canvassed the neighborhood - door to door. Called shelters and posted on Find Toby. NOTHING. I have been calling him Steely Blue & I will be putting him up for adoption.

* There was a super-dooper friendly little guy in my last clinic run that I am hoping to find a home for as well, stay tuned for more on "Little Bean".😍

* We could really use wet food if anyone wants to help with that. (For us & for caretakers). It's really all we need right now. Thank you!

YC SPCA walk in clinic CLOSED TOMORROW.

UPDATE: Due to a security concern, the Brougher Companion Animal Shelter and the spay/neuter clinic will be closed on Monday, August 24.

We will share an update regarding our plans for the remainder of the week on 8/24 in the afternoon.

If you have an appointment, we will contact you to reschedule. We will not be open for walk-in TNR. We appreciate your understanding.

‼️Help identify the owner of this SUV‼️

Looking for information of someone driving this vehicle who dropped 2 kittens off at Clark's Feed on Route 61 in Shamokin area so a police report can be made. One of them was saved and safe with finder, the other was immediately hit and died on scene 😭

Help us get justice for these poor kittens.

Update on the Siamese.

Unfortunately he is not chipped. He is a neutered male, he is ear tipped. He is extremely friendly and loving.

Found near Little Mountain Road in Frystown / Fredericksburg area, close to the 22/78 split.
