On behalf of Team Butler, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who supported us and cast your vote!

We may have fallen short this time, but we are proud that we stepped out on faith and took the leap. This journey has been a blessing, and we are not done yet. God has greater in store — and we are ready for whatever He has planned next.

Thank you to The Collective PAC and The Working Families Party for believing in this campaign and standing with us. Thank you to Equity In Motion Consulting Firm for helping us build a strong, authentic grassroots movement grounded in community.

Congratulations to all who ran and to those who won — the real work begins now. We are cheering you on, and trust me, we will hold you accountable to the people you serve.

Tomorrow, we as a community here in Myrtle Beach will decide our future — choosing a Mayor and three City Council members. Your vote is your voice, and it is up to YOU to decide the direction of our city.

But remember — once you vote, stay engaged. Our work doesn’t end at the ballot box… it begins there.

I am Terrance Butler, and I will be honored to earn your support and your vote for Myrtle Beach City Council. I am running to represent ALL residents and to bring a new generation of leadership to our city.

If you truly want transparency, if you're looking for someone who is just like you a real community member, not tied to the big wigs, someone who understands business and sees how businesses in our city are struggling — then hear me out.

I was born and raised right here in Myrtle Beach. I don’t hide from the community . I show up. In all communities. I believe in investing in our next generation, not just talking about it, but actually doing the work to support our youth and build a better future.

I care deeply about this city and its people. Leadership means showing up every day for the people you serve. If you can’t do that, you shouldn’t assume the role.

Myrtle Beach needs leaders who will:

✅ Bring the people to the table
✅ Call out the mess when it’s hurting the community
✅ Build real connections — not political ones

I'm not like the others. I’m not a multi-millionaire and I don’t have big money backing me. I am running a grassroots campaign because this isn’t about power — it’s about people.

If you want authentic leadership, representation that reflects the community, and someone who refuses to play the same political games, then I humbly ask for your vote.

As of today, according to www.scvotes.gov only 1,495 voters in Horry County (Oct.29th Report) have cast their ballot at Chapin Memorial Library for this city election — and we have over 30,000 residents in the city. We can do better!

If you want a change for your family, kids, friends, and neighbors, now is the time. Let’s show up and make our voices heard.
