Today our SSA Dream Team 🌈 was blessed to have Emily Morris Taravella from Taravella Counseling come talk to us about the importance of self care, handling stress, and identifying coping skills that could be used in our everyday jobs. 💙 Emily also brought us a cute craft to do and she brought her therapy dog River 🐕! A big thanks to Emily for taking time to do this and reminding us that we need self care too!
