I finally made it to 'Gansett Beach for the first time this season. The water already feels great (despite the amount of seaweed). Took a little walk along the shore and found some cool mussel beds that made for some interesting photos.

The always beautiful view from the Narragansett Pier seawall. The waves are amazing today, light this morning was spectacular.

Leaving Gansett Beach this evening and noticed the line of decorated quahog shells on the dune fencing at the south pavilion entrance. Love how these summery treasures pop up towards the end of a well spent summer at the beach!

Yesterday was undoubtedly the first "beach day" of 2015 in little Rhody. Narragansett Beach was packed. Does anyone have some pics to share of cool beach combing finds?

Went for a beautiful walk from Monaghan's to the mouth of Narrow River yesterday. Low tide revealing lots of treasures, including this poor fellow. Little Skate I believe.
