Nashua Women of Today

Nashua Women of Today We are a group working to make our community a brighter place through community service projects and a focus on personal development, health, and wellness.

It is a woman’s nature to nurture her family and her community, but as a woman, we were not welcomed into the Jaycee’s until the mid ’80s. As a kind of rebuttal in June of 1985, a few ladies from across Iowa met in Fort Dodge and formed the Iowa Women of Today, a state organization of the United States Women of Today. Our local chapter, the Nashua Women of Today was incorporated in September 1988

We give these ladies a HUGE thank you for starting the Nashua chapter and the support they continue to show this organization! If you strive to better yourself through friendship, education, volunteerism, and community service, we encourage you to visit a meeting. Our meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 7PM. Please contact a current member for the month’s location. Our current members include:
