Our center is an economic development program hosted by the Southwestern Community College District's Center for Business Advancement in National City. We provide free or low-cost training and complimentary one-on-one assistance to help the San Diego, Orange, and Imperial county regions' small businesses and entrepreneurs learn how to do business with federal, state, and local government agencies.

Any small business with an office in these counties may receive our services, provided it has a product or service that has reasonable expectation of being procured under government contract or purchase order.
