Have you ever been to a park with a street-like layout before? Join us this Sunday at Kimball skatepark!

There will be free skatepark lessons starting at 10:30 AM with and .This park is great to learn ledges, rails, and jumping stairs! Let us know in the comments below what you may want to learn.

As always we will provide pop-up shade, water, and snacks for any skater that comes to the meet-up. You don’t have to be on rollerskates to join us! Any skater who comes will get a chance to win a raffle prize at 12 pm!

📸 .skates AKA Caitlin (they/them) is one of our admins and will be the only person taking photos for our meetup! :we will have a sheet for folks to consent and sign up to get their photo taken and info so we can send the photos to them after in an email. If you ever feel uncomfortable or random people are taking pictures please inform us!

Thanks for coming through to our first street session! everyone that came did amazing things! The support, encouragement & community was so lovely to have this morning. It went on longer than expected, and we’ll all be sore tomorrow most likely. 😂💗

At our next meetup we will be celebrating our love for rollerskating! 💗🛼

Nov 27th between 10 am - 1 pm at memorial skate park.

Weather: 65 degrees is the prediction so far / ⛅️

Wheel recommendation: hard or a hybrid (wheel 90-100) are a good choice for this park.

We will have pop up shade, water, snacks, name tags & a few chairs to share with those that are there!

🎟 There will be a raffle drawing for skate accessories. The first 5 winners will get to pick whatever their heart desires!

There will also be a tub to donate skate accessories, gear or skates for . Anyone at the event can look through the tub if they are in need of anything & can claim it there as well.
skates may be taking photos or skaters. To consent to having your photo taken and receive an email to the album afterwards, just sign up at the table!
