Today, we celebrated our first reunification event for this year, marking a significant milestone for 39 families! 🎉 These children are back where they truly belong—home with their families!

At Texas Family Care Network, we believe that foster care should always be a temporary solution. Every child deserves the chance to thrive in a loving, safe environment with their families. 💖

🌟 This month, we celebrate the incredible journey of children in foster care and their families as they work towards reunification. We believe that the best place for children is with their families, as long as it’s safe. Helping families come together fosters positive outcomes for everyone involved!

In Region 5, community-based foster care has been pivotal in strengthening these reunification efforts. This month, we’ll be celebrating the love, resilience, and courage of families as they reunite. 🎉❤️

Graduating high school is a monumental achievement for any young person, but for youth in foster care, it represents a remarkable triumph against the odds. These individuals often face unique challenges, including instability and a lack of familial support, making their educational journey particularly arduous. The statistics are striking: youth in foster care are significantly less likely to graduate high school compared to their peers.
