IT PASSED! after 2 years of work, Ordinance 2025-05 passed with unanimous support from Town Council!
Thank You, Mayor Bylund for sponsoring the Ordinace, and thank you to Council Members Livingston Rogers Horvath and Messinger for your votes, and City Attorney Paul Waters for your patience and expertise.
A very special and heartfelt Thank You to Community Development Director Heather Whitmore for her expert stewardship throughout this entire process.
Finally, to the many residents of Neptune Beach who supported and encouraged us, who spoke out, and most of all, who share the same love we have for this gem of a beach community- thank you all.
