A group of community members have organized a candlelight vigil to pay tribute to our Amish community who were tragically affected by the recent horrible accident, resulting in a loss of life of one of their own children . Our community extends its condolences to them during this difficult time and prays for the physical and emotional healing of the other children involved .
We have been asked to help spread the word and invite our community to join in and surround this family with love, support and prayer.
We would like to thank William Henry and any individuals assisting him in coordinating this event.

Closing out our night of celebrating America’s 250th anniversary, Henry County is excited to welcome Confederate Railroad to the stage, performing 8:30-10pm.
Things are really coming together for an awesome night of free family fun! Sponsorship has been amazing, and excitement is building in planning this great event for our county!

Operating hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Notice to motorists: Last night's heavy rainfall resulted in several areas of concern throughout the County, with trees and road conditions, especially in the Banta Fork Road area! Please exercise caution when approaching the bridge on Banta Fork Road, as its surface has been compromised due to the washout during the storm. Although it remains open and passable, drivers are advised to reduce speed and proceed with caution due to the rough surface conditions. Repairs are set to begin on Tuesday. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
