There’s no better way to start the school year than by welcoming our students back to school! It was a pleasure to spend part of the first day back meeting some of New Hope‘s wonderful students and wishing them a happy healthy and successful school year.

As Mayor, I’m always proud to see the energy and excitement of our young people bring to our community. I hope the school year is filled with new friendships, new experience, and plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. To all of our students, teachers administrators and families, welcome back and have a fantastic school year!

Voters have a right to know where we stand on the issues! Don’t you agree? Bob Harvie challenged Ryan Fitzpatrick on Tuesday to four debates proposed to take place in four pockets of Pennsylvania Pennsylvania’s first congressional district . According to reports request for comments are being left unanswered. Why do you suppose that is? Because he doesn’t wanna answer the hard questions about his support for Trump on so many issues !

Brian keeps trying to have his cake and eat it too. Brian has refused my challenge to have 4 in-person town hall style debates across our district. What are you afraid of Brian?

I was so proud to be asked to read the first part of the Declaration of Independence on July 5th along with Mayor Andrew Nowick and former longtime New Hope Mayor Larry Keller. And many thanks to our mini bus driver, Michael Fario.

The artwork on West Mechanic at South Main Street has been completed! Ollie didn’t mind too much interrupting our walk today to pose for the pre-ribbon cutting ceremony! It’s tonight at 5:30. Hope to see everyone there! 🥰🏳️‍🌈❤️

United Way of Bucks County hosted its 14th annual Buck Knocks Out Hunger” event in the fight against food insecurities throughout Bucks County. Several members of Phillip’s Mill Episcopal Church travel to the Oxford Valley Mall in Middletown on Thursday to pack thousands of meals for those in need. Our assignment was to prepare apple cinnamon oatmeal packets. Who doesn’t love Oatmeal?! 😋

Yesterday June 20th I was happy to officiate the marriage of Riverwood’s residents Jennifer and Rich at The Black Bass Hotel and restaurant. You couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day for the happy couple. I could only wish them years of good health and happiness! ❤️

The NHS HS students from Environmental Club held an Electric Car and truck show yesterday at the High School parking lot. Thanks to HS teacher, Mr. Mac (Leo Macdonald) for inviting me with my Hyundai Iconiq6 and State Representative Tim Brennan with his Jeep. Also showing off the Solebury township’s all electric police vehicle were Chief Kelly Warner and SGT Aaron Soldavin.
