Back-to-school season can bring lots of excitement AND some big feelings. 💙🎒

Boys Town Louisiana Executive Director Rashain Carriere-Williams stopped by WVUE FOX 8 to share a few ways families can help kids manage back-to-school stress and anxiety:

👂 Listen first before jumping in with solutions.
🎭 Practice new routines together.
🌬️ Build simple coping skills, like deep breathing.
👀 Watch for changes in sleep, mood, or behavior.
💬 Keep checking in, even after the first day.

A little preparation and a listening ear can go a long way. 💙💛
