What was once a vacant big-box retail site will soon become one of Jefferson Parish’s newest mixed-use destinations.

The Francis will transform the former Kmart property in Elmwood Center into a 251-unit residential community featuring modern amenities, hospitality-inspired spaces, and planned retail expansion designed to support the continued growth of the corridor.

This project is a reimagining of what commercial corridors can become through strategic investment, thoughtful design, and long-term vision. We're proud to support this transformational development!
