Democratic Ulster County Legislators are calling for an ethics review after concerns that the GOP Elections Commissioner appears to be connected to a platform that uses election data and charges for access.

As reported, “there is a state law against monetizing election data as an election commissioner, and this website basically looks like it is using election data and charging for it.”

There are also concerns it could involve “a serious breach of public trust and misuse of sensitive election information” if confirmed.
