Splash Pad is back on!

The computer used for utility payments and billings has crashed…. I’m not a tech specialist but it is something that had to be fixed offsite. That being said I AM UNABLE TO LOOK AT ANY WATER/SEWER ACCOUNTS until we get the computer back up and running. I can not check balances or take payments via credit card at this time!

We are continuing to check for the parts to arrive 😭 as of 4 nothing has been delivered yet .

We are unsure if the power outage has damaged something at the splashpad but unfortunately at this time the splash pad is closed. We unfortunately have exhausted all options for this evening and it may be off until they can contact the company on Monday. They are going to try to dive a little more in depth tomorrow but are making zero guarantees!

After hour drop offs can be placed in the water collection drop box outside of the building: please place in a trifold envelope so they will fit in the slot 😉

The blessing box has been a tremendous asset to our village and we are so happy it has had such a huge outpouring of support to those in need of a little extra pick me up!!! Thank you so much to everyone who keeps it filled up! Please keep in mind the weather is now getting extremely warm and anything that needs temperature regulation is not safe for the box. Please only place non perishable items inside the box. We absolutely love the generosity however, refrigerated items or items that can not withstand the heat is not a good idea during the summer ❤️

Summertime in the village brings a very busy park and splash pad! Please remember if you are hosting a party or just simply enjoying the facilities we ask that if you have balloons please try to pick up any pieces that may be left behind and refrain from having them on the splash pad. Also, please ask your littles to not use the splash pad features as a sticker book 😉. Stickers are fun and all but Mr. Frog is pretty cute without any additional tattoos ❤️

Also, we have had a complete oversight until I drove by this evening and saw people holding umbrellas at the tables of the splash pad….. the actual patio umbrellas will be up there tomorrow! Sorry it’s been a little busy with projects and we simply forgot! ❤️

Bills have been processed for this month and with the abundance of outstanding bills, please be aware that if you made a payment anytime today or in the upcoming days that payment WILL NOT be reflected on the billing that was just processed.

Please keep in mind the meter replacement project was completed during this cycle and although the readings are more accurate, your usage could be reflective.

If you have filled up any pools, please drop off a letter stating so in order to get a pool adjustment.

REMINDER: We have a substantial amount of unpaid water bills this month. In order to avoid disconnection PLEASE get them paid!

Disconnection will be on Monday June 8, 2026
