WARNING: Utility scam reported!

We’re aware of a possible utility scam targeting older Ohioans. In this case, the caller pretends to be from the Ohio Department of Aging and attempts to obtain personal banking or account information.

If you receive a suspicious call about your utility bill, hang up immediately. Stay alert, stay cautious, and protect your personal information.
